Which bag styles can I customize?
Choose a T-shirt / vest bag with integral handles or a rectangular die-cut handle bag with an oval cut-out. Both can be customized. Select your preferred style in the quote or free design form; we’ll confirm the specifications and price for that style.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum is 1,000 bags. Request pricing for 1,000, 3,000, or 5,000+ pieces. For mixed sizes or designs, ask us to confirm the minimum for each specification.
Can I design my bag for free?
Yes. Submit your brand, design idea, and contact email through the free design studio. Our team reviews your requirements and emails the design to you after checking it. Images are not generated or displayed instantly on this page. Final production artwork, revisions, and any printing setup fees are confirmed with your quote.
Will the printed colors match my screen?
An exact screen-to-print match cannot be guaranteed. Screens, printing methods, materials, and viewing conditions affect color. Share your color reference and ask about a physical sample when precise matching matters.
What files and specifications should I send?
Send your preferred bag width and height, quantity, finish, and design. Vector artwork such as AI, SVG, or print-ready PDF is helpful; if you only have a logo image or an idea, include that and request an artwork check. Confirm the final file requirements before production.
How long will production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the specifications, proof approval, quantity, and delivery destination. Include your required arrival date and postal code when requesting a quote. Confirm a written production and shipping schedule before ordering.
Are shipping, samples, and setup included?
Ask for an itemized quote covering bags, print setup, samples, delivery, and any applicable taxes or duties. These costs are not assumed to be included in the bag price.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email your order reference, a description, and clear photos of the issue. Before placing your order, ask for the written inspection, reporting, and resolution terms for custom products.
