Information you choose to send
A quote or design request can include your name or company, email, optional telephone number, product selections, quantities, destination, artwork instructions and timing. We use these details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or design, and discuss an order with you.
Inquiry delivery
Website forms send your request through FormSubmit to our business Gmail mailbox. Information is processed by these service providers as part of message delivery and storage. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the website lets you copy your request or send it directly by email.
WhatsApp and email links
WhatsApp links open a draft conversation with our published number. Depending on the form, the draft can include a product, quantity, size and destination you entered. Review it before sending. The website does not automatically send a WhatsApp message. Using WhatsApp or your email service is also subject to that provider’s privacy terms.
Website and campaign information
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Its services process technical connection data for delivery, security and website statistics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may also receive campaign labels in an incoming website link. We keep those labels in session storage during your visit and may include them with an inquiry to understand which campaign brought it to us. Contact details should not be placed in campaign links.
Your saved product selection
When you save stock products, this browser stores product codes, sizes, colors and quantities so you can return to your selection. Contact details are not stored with it. Remove items in your selection or clear this website’s browser data to remove the saved products. If browser storage is unavailable, the selection works only during the current page visit.
Optional Google measurement
When Google analytics or advertising measurement is configured, the site asks whether you allow it. Optional Google measurement is loaded only after acceptance. It can record page visits, contact-link clicks and accepted inquiry submissions; the measurement events do not contain your form name, email, phone number, artwork text or shipping address. A contact-link click does not confirm that you sent a message.
Your optional measurement choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. When these tools are enabled, you can change your choice using “Measurement settings” in the footer. Declining optional measurement does not prevent an inquiry. Cloudflare hosting and message delivery are separate from this optional measurement choice.
Questions and requests
Contact [email protected] to ask about information you have submitted or to request a correction or deletion. Include enough information to locate your inquiry, such as its reference number. Information required for an ongoing order or applicable record-keeping may need to be retained; we will discuss your request with you.
