Artwork and samples
Share artwork you own or have permission to use. Ask us to check logo details, print placement and file suitability. Digital design examples show a direction; a physical sample can help you assess material, color and finish. Sample availability, cost, revisions and timing are confirmed for your request.
What your quote should include
Confirm the bag specifications, quantity, unit price, order total, printing setup, samples, packing and delivery. Ask which taxes and duties are included, excluded or payable on arrival. Prices and shipping are confirmed for your destination; there is no automatic checkout or payment on this website.
Production and shipping are separate
Production timing depends on specifications, quantity, artwork approval and sample requirements. Shipping timing depends on the dispatch location, service and destination. Stock listings show available designs; current quantities and dispatch timing must be confirmed. A stock listing does not imply a warehouse in your country.

If there is a problem
Email your order reference, a description and clear photographs. Before ordering, agree on inspection, reporting, cancellation and resolution terms in writing. Do not assume a standard return arrangement applies to a custom-printed product.
